Food and Medicine


The beautiful, energetic and healthy body is the wealth for our body. There fore there is a saying “Health is Wealth”. And the health of our body depends on food. One must enjoy eating food with ease. If we are tired and in tension, then take little food, other wise we will feel laziness. We can concentrate on our work if our body will be quick and energetic.

So we must know that our food contains remedies for diseases. When we are sick then take the food of and often after a short period (duration). But now a days peoples are using Medicines(Inorganic chemicals) like, Iron tonic to increase the iron level in blood, but this(Iron) contents you can get more in palak (spinach),apple and cabbage leaves.
Similarly most of the medicine you can get in fruits and vegetables, like
Medicine ---------->Contents found in
Blood Tonic --------->Carrot
Nero Tonic ---------->Carrot, Beet root, Radish
Fig Syrup ----------->Figs
Aspirin -------------->Onion, Salad
Liver Pulse ---------->Tomato
Kidney Pulse -------->Cabbage Flower
